EX-MEXICAN PRES. VICENTE FOX TO SPEAK AT WESTERN OREGON UNIVERSITY

You can get a ticket to Fox’s October 20th keynote address at WOU, Monmouth, for $20 from http://wou.ticketleap.com/fox/.  They are $25 at the door.  Fox is appearing on behalf of a new Latino Education and Access Program (LEAP), which will give money to Latinos at WOU who encounter financial need.  As President of Mexico, Fox marshaled troops to keep illegals from Central America out of Mexico, yet demanded that Mexican illegals be given full access to the U.S.  Fox said Arizona’s immigration law unfairly attacks illegals and called it ‘xenophobic’.  He called illegal aliens in the U.S. ‘heroes’ for working illegally in the U.S. and sending tens of millions of dollars back to the struggling Mexican economy.  He has been accused of racist tendencies for telling a Texas interviewer that illegal aliens in the U.S. do work “that even blacks don’t want to do’.  After he left office, he called for the legalization of methamphetamine, cocaine, marijuana, and heroin as a way to stop the war on drugs.
