Free Fishing Weekend!
Oregon Fish and Wildlife is holding several “Free Fishing Weekend” events around the state on June 6th & 7th. During these two days, you are able to fish without holding a current license, however, all other fishing regulations must still be followed. Information and details about the events can be found here. Some of these events even supply fishing gear and bait. So be sure to gather the family and go fishin’!

I have tried 30lb spiderwire and while my set up casted it fine I was having troubles with the line snapping on cast.

Fine article. There’s a lot of great information here, though I did want to let you know something – I am running Fedora with the latest beta of Firefox, and the layout of your blog is kind of quirky for me. I can understand the articles, but the navigation doesn’t work so great.
